Carmel is a charming destination on the California coast that certainly lives up to its reputation of having 300 days of sunshine year-round! There is so much to see and do, so we invite you to arrive early if schedules allow to spend time with us or explore on your own in this magical town.

Note: Lodging is at a premium in August, so be sure to book well in advance to secure the best rate.

The nearest airport is Monterrey Regional Airport (MRY) and is 15 minutes from the venue. San Jose International Airport (SJC) is located 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mission Ranch and will offer a variety of flight options. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 2 hours from the venue.

From these airports, you can rent a car or use Uber/Lyft to reach Carmel. Just note that parking may be limited as summer in Carmel is a very popular time.

Guests are encouraged to book lodging as soon as possible. Most guests are arriving Thursday and checking out Sunday, although many are extending their stay with earlier arrivals.

Accommodations available in downtown Carmel include small, boutique inns. The following inns offer affordable and comfortable stays. We've found Monte Verde Inn and Pine Inn in particular to be very accommodating.
